Eaton's Electrical division is currently seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst. The purpose of this role will be to drive SAP Implementations and supporting projects at the CPS division and plants. A key area of focus will be integrating all the CPS plants into standard financial systems and processes. This role can be located in either of the following locations: Raleigh, NC / Santa Ana, CA / Richmond, VA. Relocation benefits will be offered to Raleigh, NC or Richmond, VA.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $91,500 - $134,200 a year.

What you'll do:

  • Be the finance lead for the SAP S3/ECC implementation project, converting Eaton's Data Center Power Distribution business from their current ERP, Made2Manage.
  • Optimize SAP configuration and work practices such that system usage and automation is maximized mitigating non-valued added transactions / activities.
  • Use of Eaton Shared Service Centers (SSC) - responsible for the identification of tasks and activities that can be completed by SSC and the successful transfer of task and activities.
  • Drive optimization of finance standard work and practices. Implement metrics to determine effectiveness and implement corrective actions as required in the areas of processes and training
  • Active participant in the identification of finance best practices and opportunities within Eaton SAP environments. Work with manufacturing sites to deploy best practices and standard work as it relates to AP, AR, and monthly reporting requirements.
  • Drive other Finance IT projects as needed and develop work instructions and best practices for the Critical Power Solutions division.
  • Actively participate with the plant finance managers in the development and implementation of finance strategy.

Basic (Required) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited educational institution
  • Five (5) years of experience within Finance function in a manufacturing environment.
  • Three (3) years of SAP experience in the areas of Finance.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Prior experience in project or program management
