Job Summary
The Logistics Operations Leader role will support the LATAM region but part of the Global Logistics Operations organization. The role will not only support all sourcing deployment and supplier management activities but also assist in defining a coherent functional strategy for LATAM region. Helping to ensure strong relationships with service providers (SRM) and internal stakeholders is of high importance. The successful candidate will need to acquire a good understanding of Eaton's various LATAM business units and complement those current operations with cost-effective, efficient, and global logistical solutions. Knowledge of logistics, and an ability to identifying efficiencies is a positive. Capabilities to interpret and manage data through Excel, Tableau, Power BI or other tool are required. The role will help ensure key performance reporting is timely and accurate.

Functional support maybe required on programs such as TMS, claim management, FBA, etc., subject to availability from category activities. Reporting to the Global Logistics BRM, the role will be based in Brazil and work closely with the GPO & Logistics Operations and regional business teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operational logistics activities in the LATAM region
- Deploy and execute the global logistics strategy within the region.
- Act as an escalation point for global program deployment and support.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Mentor and lead change initiatives within the logistics team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.
- Provide logistical trend analysis and performance metrics.
- Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities while improving operational efficiencies.

Qualifications:
Education level required
- Diploma or complete bachelor degree, preferably in Business Management, Supply Chain, Transportation or Logistics
Language skills
- Portuguese & English (required)
- Intermediate Spanish strongly desired
Years and area of experience required
- Experience in manufacturing a plus,
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
- Extensive operational logistics experience in Brazil and Mexico.
Technical knowledge
- Commercial background preferred (financial and cost performance for logistics)
