What you'll do:
As Sales Manager, PDSS Thailand, you'll be the driving force behind Eaton's expansion in Thailand's utility and renewable energy markets. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership to grow our Power Distribution Systems & Services (PDSS) business, focusing on capacitors, transformers, and grid resilience solutions. You'll shape market strategies, empower channel partners, and directly contribute to Thailand's clean energy future.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute sales strategies to dominate Thailand's utility, renewable energy, and industrial markets.
- Drive annual sales budgets, profit planning, and market penetration goals.
Customer & Channel Excellence
- Build and manage relationships with key distributors, utilities, and renewable leaders.
- Mentor channel partners to maximize performance, resolve conflicts, and align with Eaton's ethical standards.
- Deliver technical training on Eaton's PDSS solutions (e.g., capacitor banks, grid automation) to partners and customers.
Innovation & Growth
- Identify untapped opportunities in emerging sectors like solar, wind, and EV infrastructure.
- Lead seminars, trade shows, and campaigns to showcase Eaton's next-gen solutions.
Operational Execution
- Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to deliver customized solutions on time.
- Provide real-time market intelligence on competitors and industry trends.
Compliance & Ethics
Ensure 100% adherence to Eaton's anti-corruption policies and sustainability commitments.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Experience: 6-14 years in technical sales, preferably within power capacitors, transformers, or utility solutions (Nissin, ABB, Siemens Energy, or similar).
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of power transmission, distribution networks, and renewable energy systems.
- Leadership: Proven ability to inspire teams, negotiate with C-suite stakeholders, and navigate complex markets.
- Communication: Fluent English and Thai (written/spoken) with polished presentation skills.
- Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and champions innovation.
