What you'll do:
As a Sales Manager - Emergency Lighting your primary function is to achieves sales plans for Life Safety / Emergency Lighting Systems for the entire Kingdome of Saudi Arabia.
Your main responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales & marketing plans and programs, both, short and long term to ensure the profit growth and expansion of products and or/ services. This
embraces strategies covering the introduction of the new product line, and both incremental growth within the presently established markets, together with market development in targeting growth region

2. Develop annual and long term action plans, designed to ensure that Eaton targets for growth in the assigned territories are met
3. Ensure timely, accurate quotations of the project quotes in assigned areas
4. Prepare accurate and timely sales analysis on a monthly/weekly basis to provide management with information relating to Sales results and forecasts
5. Provide technical backup to ensure client design approval is secured along with commissioning support (as required) for the ongoing projects and the installed base in the region of concern
6. Liaise with the Local Authorities to ensure relevant certification and local approvals required for Eaton products
7. Maintain effective customer relations with Consultants, Contactors and End users to ensure and achieve the desired market position for the products
8. Undertake Distributor management to ensure client satisfaction and the outgoing serviceability of safety critical equipment
9. Provide advice and guidance to the management regarding product requirements for the target markets with the objective of securing maximum market share and sustainable market growth
Qualifications:
-Graduate Engineering Degree - Ideally Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial.
-7 years experience minimum in Sales and Marketing of Electrical Systems - Candidate must posses good direct selling skills in Saudi Arabia
Skills:
-Technical knowledge in Emergency Lighting or Safety Systems is required
-Presentation skills
-Communication skills
-Electrical products instrumentation knowledge, PC literate
-Must have a transferable Iqama - Saudi national are encouraged to apply
