What you'll do:
The Sales Manager for Panel Builder (PB) Sales is responsible for driving business growth within the PB segment. This role involves maintaining and expanding existing PB accounts, identifying and developing new PB opportunities, understanding PB project requirements, and working on Bill of Materials (BOM) lists to provide accurate quotations. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team to plan monthly stock requirements and ensure optimal inventory levels. The Sales Manager will also work closely with the product team to stay updated on new product developments and launches, and communicate these updates to PBs.

A. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets in the Panel Builder segment.
B. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing PB accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
C. Identify and pursue new PB opportunities to expand the customer base.
D. Understand the projects and requirements of PBs to provide tailored solutions and accurate quotations.
E. Collaborate with the technical sales team to develop BOM lists based on PB project specifications.
F. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
G. Plan and manage monthly stock requirements in coordination with the SCM team to ensure timely availability of products.
H. Work with the product team to stay updated on new product developments and launches, and communicate these updates to PBs.
I. Conduct regular business updates and presentations to update the team on progress and new strategies.
J. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
K. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company's products and services.
L. Provide training and support to the PB sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
M. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
N. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:
a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
f. Create a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Diploma in any field
2 - 3 years of relevant work experience
Skills:
A. Network with local Panel Builders, EPCs, Contractors
B. Network with local consultants and specifiers
C. Commercial Acumen and Sensitivities to Project GTM Model
D. General Knowledge in PD Components
E. Positive attitude, never-give-up, good communication, relationship building.
