What you'll do:
This role will be selling Eaton Busway product.
Develops Project Business Sales through Consultants, Strategic Partners and Contractors. PULL activities to generate demands and follow up to close opportunities for Busway Business in Singapore, Malaysia & Indonesia

A. Promoting Eaton Busway Solutions to Strategic Partners, consultant & end user
B. Support building up Bill of Material for project through pre-sales team
C. Provide quotation for Busway product to Strategic Partners, General Contractor or End User and follow through till closure
D. Provide and maintain a good service and support level to customers, as to achieve customer satisfaction
E. Conduct product & Solution sharing, specify Eaton brand and its products and solutions to influencers and decision makers
F. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:
a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
f. Create a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor's degree, major in engineering or equivalent
10+ years related experience in power distribution product & marketing
Skills:
Significant Electrical Product/Services Knowledge
Significant experience utilizing Value Added Selling techniques
A. Network with General Contractor & Electrical Contractor
B. Network with local consultants and specifiers
C. Commercial Acumen and Sensitivities to Project GTM Model
D. Knowledge in Busway Product
E. Sensitivities to business cycles and good interactions to develop business relationship with stakeholders.
