What you'll do:
As Sales Manager for Baltic Region you will ensure business growth and continuation of Estonian/Baltics Commercial, Industrial and Utility customers to meet monthly and annual sales revenue and profitability targets. In this role you will represent Eaton while developing business to business sales activities with the existing and new clients too. You will collaborate with other functions and teams such as finance, marketing, product lines, and manufacturing plants. Further responsibilities:

- Managing and leading the execution of the sales plan, including your own book of business by executing systematic activities (funnel management, site visits, customer budget plans, quoting and selling units), and ensuring the continuation of service agreements.
- Acting as a role model for effective sales performance by actively managing the sales funnel, quoting, and closing deals.
- Negotiating existing and new deals with clients.
- Representing Eaton on various local sales events.
- Proactively reporting progress and any deviations from the target to your manager and creating reports as required.
- Knowing your product basket and acquiring/maintaining sufficient technical knowledge to support your customers.
- Provide an example to peers and support developing the sales team to execute an industrial sales process consisting of predefined, repeatable, and measurable activities.
- Act as a role model for others in systematic utilization of data and specifically the Salesforce CRM tool.
Qualifications:
- Vocational qualification in electrical engineering, Bachelor degree in relevant area is an advantage.
- Strong sales background in electrical engineering product and solution sales, preferable in Commercial, Industrial and Utility segments, focusing on Medium Voltage products & solutions.
- Business acumen to deliver growth and develop long-term partnerships.
- Fluency in Estonian and English, knowledge in Russian language is advantage.
- Driving license and flexibility in traveling within Estonia & Baltic region.
- Ability to meet and plan with customers.
- Experience in consultative sales, translating Eaton's offerings into customer value.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
