Eaton's Mobility Group EMEA is seeking a Sales Manager who can be based in Turin,Italy, in Versailles, France, or in Bielsko-Biala, Poland.
Under the direct supervision of the Senior Sales Manager Southern Europe, this position is responsible for leading and directing the sales strategy and activities related to Stellantis account. In addition, the Sales Manager is responsible for managing all customer programs that revolve around pricing, revenue growth, profitability, design, and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do:
- Ensure customer satisfaction and responsiveness to their needs.
- Develop regional customer strategies for annual profit and five-year plans, and provide input on growth opportunities.
- Gather competitive information and report trends to the Senior Sales Manager.
- Manage cost reduction programs to support customer initiatives while maintaining profitability.
- Deploy the Customer Relationship Review (CRR) process and assist in developing action plans to improve customer satisfaction.
- Support Eaton Business System tasks, address customer requirements, and act as a contact for warranty, quality issues, and complaints, while complying with quality and environmental management systems.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in Engineering, Business or other approved discipline.
- 5+ years of sales experience in Automotive industry
Skills:
- Fluent English, Italian and French as a plus
- Financial Skills: P&L, Cost estimating, Pricing
- Market and Customer Knowledge
- Value Proposition Design & Communication
