What you'll do:

The primary function of the job is to grow and manage customer base within the country, including supporting pre-sales activity to achieve annual sales and growth targets.

A. To grow, manage and build close relationships with consultants / end users and develop new avenues to enhance sales volume
B. Prepare and Conduct sales presentations to end users/consultatnts/contractors on solution base.
C. Support sales team on site survey, providing technical & commercial proposals according to specifications, conduct product training to partner base and consultants, advise design specification and solutions.
D. Develop and implement plans to increase share of wallet and profitability of products and services

E. Build relationships with key customers to enhance long term business prospects
F. Analyse the market and provide market intelligence to the management on a regular basis
G. Drive the depth within the designated partners base
H. Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton's Philosophy and Values
I. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:
a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
f. Create a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferable in Engineering or Science
5+ years of sales experience
