Sales Engineer
What you'll do:
- Direct responsibility for developing large projects on the assigned category of products
- Responsible for developing a sustainable pipeline for 1-3 years, having a high focus on closing revenue assigned as per each year profit plan
- Understand the market including competitors, customers and their needs, and internal capabilities
- Technical review of project documentation, interpret specs and customer inquiries and design technical proposals and pricing for customers
- Responsible for developing the business opportunities for the assigned customer portfolio, within the segments targeted as per each year profit plan such as commercial construction, industry, infrastructure, utility segments but not limited to them
- Responsible for creating strong partner relationships for the ongoing projects to enhance long term business prospects
- Demonstrate tenacity in meeting customer's requirements together with an ability to influence both internally and externally at level of the organization to deliver an excellent service
- Has a strong partnership with designers, general contractors, installers, investors
- Specify commercial and technical requirements for the project being able to lead the full cycle of the projects
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results and enabling business development opportunities cross the organization
Qualifications and skills:
- Technical University Degree (Electrical is preferred)
- Native Bulgarian and fluent Business English
- 5+ years of sales experience in the electrical area, mainly in B2B
- 5+ years of experience with low voltage and medium voltage products
- Ability to manage large projects (1 - 2+ mil EUR)
- Office tools - proficient in MS Office, previous experience with AUTOCAD (basic level) or similar tools is an advantage
- Customer orientation, drive for results, strategic thinking, problem solving, organization, negotiation and presentation skills
