What you'll do:

As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for handling enquiries and preparing and presenting quotations, as well as registering and following- up on orders.
You will also support customers on product- and logistic related questions.

- Provide quotations for complete product range
- Maintain the general Sales email account
- Handle request for quotations and Purchase orders
- Maintain customers portals
- Encourage and support customers to use digital tools

- Communicate with direct customers on purchasing
- Maintain product documentation database
- Assist Sales Manager with administrative tasks (e.g. updating templates, procedures for Sales Department, invitation letters, etc)
- Handle and distribute incoming calls
- Support Outside Sales Department with quotations
- Support other Eaton GEIS departments, like finance, logistics and customer support, when requested

Qualifications:

Technical understanding in electrical engineering, electronics, computer science or similar.
5 years' experience in technical sales as a sales coordinator or in other technical positions

Skills:

Technical understanding of electrical
Good computer skills (SAP, MS Office, MS Excel, CRM system)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English
