What you'll do:

  • Program duration: Three years
  • Rotations: Three unique twelve-month assignments in 2 different countries. Two assignments are in commercial area meaning it is a role in the sales organization and one assignment is in the operations area which will help you to gain experience in supply chain and manufacturing part of our business.
  • Potential Commercial Assignment include: digital channel marketing, business intelligence, inside sales, technical support, quotation engineering, application engineering, product management, strategic sales
  • Potential Operations Assignments include: lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, supply chain management, project management, logistics
  • The program begins in September 2025, with the initial location in Hengelo, Netherlands, where you will work as a Sales Analyst. In this role, you will support the e-commerce team in enabling channel partners in their digital strategy. Your responsibilities will include content management, partner management, and online marketing. You will gain a deep understanding of the EMEA business landscape to effectively drive digital initiatives and enhance partner engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Must currently possess or will have obtained a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Data Science or related by August 2025. A master's degree in these fields is also preferred.
  • Work or internship experience is a plus (up to 3 years of experience)
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
