Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing regional Marketing Communications (MarCom) plans that align with our strategic plan. This role requires close coordination and optimization with local (Business Units) plans to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Regional MarCom Plan Development: Develop and implement regional MarCom plans that connect to the strategic plan, ensuring alignment and optimization with local marketing initiatives.
• Consolidates MarCom Plan: Apply effort to have a consolidated LATAM MarCom Plan ensuring optimization, coordination and alignment with strategic plan and corporate guidance.
• Budget Management: Oversee and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
• Corporate Alignment: Collaborate with corporate teams to gain alignment on key messages and campaigns and support the cascade of these initiatives to the regional LATAM level.
• Digital Marketing Governance: Create and deploy governance for digital marketing tools to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all digital platforms.

Qualifications:
Required (Basic) qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field
• Proven experience in marketing communications in the application of digital marketing tools (web, SEO, ecommerce, marketing automation, social media, etc.)
• Strong communication, organization, collaboration, budget management and process capabilities and abilities to lead by influencing.
• Foundational knowledge of Adobe Creative suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) or similar is a plus.
• Project management skills.
• English language skills (conversational)
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of location will be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1+ year of a voluntary career break from your profession
• Spanish language skills
• 10% to 20% travel may be required
