Eaton's Protection, Control and Solutions (PCS) Division is currently seeking a Marketing Programs Analyst.
The Marketing Programs Analyst assists product management teams program management of the divisions key strategic opportunities. Two large focus areas will be product rationalization and voice of customer. The person will lead the creation and execution of these programs, focusing on both immediate large kick-off actions as well as sustainable long-term processes. Additionally, this person will assist our marketing teams with various projects in pricing, competitive benchmarking, go to market programs, and data analysis.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in engineering, marketing, or related field and at least 3+ years of relative experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and detail oriented.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of Moon Township, PA will be considered.
• Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1+ year of a voluntary career break from your profession
• Up to 10% travel may be required

• Previous Product Management experience

Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The salary for this role is $90,000 a year.
