What you'll do:

Define, plan and ensure the local implementation of the Sales strategy for the west region of USA. Drive all business development and sales activities, training and support in boosting sales of thermal monitoring solutions. Being the electrification systems health advocate and trusted partner within the condition monitoring space

Job responsibilities:

Sub-region Sales Strategy:
- Create, plan and implement local sales, go-to-market and strategic business development initiatives, in line with the North American Sales strategy.
Sales Targets:
- Drive and ensure achievement of sales targets, proactively anticipate and identify shortfalls in performance, and define and implement improvement plans as needed

Business Plans:
- Develop and implement annual market development plans dedicated to the region market needs in conjunction with the relevant OEM/partner landscape

Analysis:
- Conduct market analyses and define appropriate forecasts and plans. Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data to formulate the country plans with focused segments, solutions and channels/partners.
Drive Business Development, Marketing & Sales:
- Identify and evaluate opportunities with existing and potential new customers on a local basis, combining the portfolio offering to formulate and design a winning solution offering.
- Determine plans for implementation and driving demand generation with a value based selling approach.
- Build a partner network of OEMs and installers/service partners, maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and ensure and prove value delivery to the customer.
- Take ownership of a defined focus vertical industry across the Americas Region, formulate and roll-out a segment strategy, growth plan and sales play book in close collaboration with the Americas Sales team and Global Marketing.

Training:
Drive sales efficiency by ensuring appropriate methodical and solutions knowledge (technical and sales). Ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum (3) years of electrical industry experience
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future

Candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of either of Albuquerque, NM; Auburn, WA; Bakersfield, CA; Bellevue, WA; Boise, ID; Bothell, WA; Chandler, AZ; Fontana, CA; Hayward, CA; Irvine, CA; Las Vegas, NV; Los Angeles, CA; North Little Rock, AR; Paso Robles, CA; Reno, NV; Salt Lake City, UT; San Diego, CA; Santa Ana, CA; Spokane, WA; Torrance, CA; or Tualatin, OR. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation

The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $91,500.00 - $134,200.00.

Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
