Eaton's EPG LAC PD Power Distribution division is currently seeking a Regional Channel Manager.

What you'll do:

The regional channel manager is responsible for developing and implementing plans and programs for developing sales growth. Manages in collaboration ,with regional sales managers and channels leader, major pipeline of opportunities, builds strong relationships with top regional key accounts, tracks sales KPIs and metrics to achieve sales targets and ensure best commercial practices are being shared and deployed across region. Work together with Marcom Team in a partner programs & content as well created marketing assets and campaigns.

- Responsible to write a commercial Policy - Guidebook for entire Latam and Channel Program.

- Responsible to implement and track KPIs and sales performance metrics such as pipeline activity, backlog levels, win rate, etc., across regions that helps to track results along with regional sales leaders and propose actions plans to continuously deliver sales performance.

- Responsible for driving the Eaton Distributor Program with the objective of improving growth and loyalty through the program

- Ensure best commercial practices are being shared across regions and constantly mapping key wins and loss to analyze and deploy lessons learned continuously improving competitiveness and market intelligence.

- Responsible for mapping top regional key accounts, sizing opportunity potential and build strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders to increase penetration and growth. Also working in partnership with Eaton global key accounts managers to stablish strong relationships with global key accounts present in Latin America.

-Takes ownership of driving change to improve processes and effectiveness that will eliminate roadblocks to sales growth and engagement. Drives all elements to completion and full resolution by working independently

- Serves as the primary contact for for Top Key Accounts and Latam region to coordinate and resolve issues and roadblocks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any major, preferred in degree in electrical, electronic or business administration
  • Experience successfully managing Channel in the electrical industry
  • Advanced/Conversational English skills
  • Conversational Spanish is preferred

Skills:

  • Product knowledge, market knowledge and established customer relationships; strong business acumen and strategic agility;
  • Ability to perform project economic payback analysis, target identification, due diligence, valuation modeling, negotiations, integration.
  • Understanding of competitors' strategies, technologies, and capabilities.
  • Leadership by influence, executive presence and excellent communication, teamwork, results oriented. Ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels.
