Position Overview:
Eaton Corporation's North America Electrical Sales Division is seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Channel Director for the Central Region. This influential role is responsible for coaching and directing a team of distributor sales specialists to drive growth within our electrical wholesale channel. The Regional Channel Director will also maintain strong connections at a national level with key strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with Eaton's broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic plans and programs with Eaton's electrical wholesalers within a specific geography, in alignment with Product Line and Field Sales management objectives.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local and regional channels, as well as Regional Management, to ensure cohesive and effective communication.
• Oversee and coordinate all of Eaton's electrical sector sales and marketing initiatives across the region.
• Lead the integration of legacy relationships with electrical wholesalers to maximize channel effectiveness for the expanded electrical sector in North America.
• Act as a consultant to the sales leadership team in developing and implementing General Sales Force District Distribution Plans for the region.
• Provide strategic direction for a team managing approximately $1BN in sales, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial sales, sales management, and channel development.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within the following states: North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, Illinois, Missouri, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana.
• Ability to travel 50%.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• MBA.

• Strong understanding of business fundamentals and financials.
• Proven team building and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
• In-depth product knowledge, market insights, and established customer relationships.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $141000.03 - $206800.04 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
