What you'll do:

As Quality Systems Team Leader you will be supporting the all Eaton products (automotive and non-automotive related) manufactured in our Győr site. You will be managing a team of 2, also ensuring the quality management system (QMS) documentation, while handling the preparation and execution of various audits and training various stakeholders.   • Maintain and continuously improve the QMS documentation to meet internal and external standards.
  • Plan and arrange internal system audits, third party audits, division Fresh Eye audits.
  • Provide quality system training to new employees, refresher trainings, mentors and improves internal auditors and process owners
  • Follow up and report to plant management team audit non-conformities and improvement opportunities, monitor status of corrective and preventive actions
  • Monitor and report QMS related metrics (no. of audits, NCs, open and closed actions, response time, action closure time)
  • Keep Document Roadmap System up-to-date (handle valid, obsolete documents)
  • Keep contact with third party certification bodies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree focused on Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Technical, Quality or related field of studies
  • Strong work experience in quality area with focus on quality management system
  • Experience in people management and task allocation
  • Knowledge and experience of ISO 9001 and IATF16949 standards in mass production environment
  • Internal auditor certificate and experience of IATF16949
  • Professional written and verbal English and Hungarian skills
  • Analytical, solution driven, organized, supportive and proactive attitude
  • Able to work efficiently in a multicultural work environment
