Eaton's Power Components Division is currently seeking a Quality Manager. This position is based at our Beaver, PA facility. Relocation assistance will be provided to candidates currently residing within the US/PR.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $123750.0 - $181500.0 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:

Role Overview: The Quality Manager is part of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager, at this dynamic manufacturing facility. They will be the driving force behind our quality assurance and compliance efforts. Lead initiatives to meet ISO, UL, product warranty, OpA, and other standards, while continuously improving processes to achieve top-notch quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead quality assurance and ensure compliance with all required standards.
  • Craft and execute strategic plans to hit quality and productivity targets.
  • Oversee Operations, Customer, and Supplier Quality management systems.
  • Identify and lead improvement projects to enhance operations.
  • Ensure unwavering compliance with ISO9001 and other international standards.
  • Cultivate a customer-first culture with a zero-defect mindset.
  • Optimize resource management and develop growth plans for quality personnel.
  • Drive site initiatives to meet quality goals (CONC, DPPM, PPM, Yield, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and improve processes.
  • Communicate proactively with customers and resolve quality issues swiftly.
  • Lead cost-saving projects focused on quality enhancements.
  • Analyze quality data to uncover trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure Production Part Approval Processes and customer-specific requirements are met.
  • Manage and maintain process changes for the Quality Management System.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, continuous improvement, engineering and/or quality in a manufacturing environment
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/management experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration from an accredited institution
  • Green or Black Belt Certification
  • ASQ certification
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
