What you'll do:
Eaton's Fuel & Motion Control Systems Division has an opening for a Degree Apprentice within the Quality Team.
The role will be based at the South Molton site on a 37 hour per week contract with supported day release and study time.
The successful candidate will undertake a fully funded 4-year Degree delivered by Petroc, associated with the University of Plymouth.
Eaton will provide a detailed training programme, which will involve a wide variety of training and tasks including, but not limited to, the following:
• Creation and maintenance of Quality Metrics
• Supporting with quality investigations
• Problem-solving and Route cause analysis through various Quality processes
• Regulatory Compliance

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will have attained the skills and qualifications to become a Quality Engineer.
Qualifications:
• 3 A Levels - Grade C or above (to include Mathematics) OR
• BTEC vocational qualification at Level 3 OR
• Level 3 Apprenticeship
• GCSE's (minimum of grade '4' for Maths and English)

• Confident in challenging situations with an ability to work with others
• Enthusiasm and a flexible approach
• An interest to gain knowledge and experience of Aerospace Quality Systems, standards and specifications
• Strong Microsoft Office skill set in Word, Excel and PowerBI
