Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Public Affairs Senior Analyst.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $83250.0 - $122100.0 a year.

What you'll do:
Job Summary
Excited to support and lead public affairs programs, managing communications, operations, and administration of the public affairs function. Also, overseeing the administration of the EPPA Political Action Committee.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage Functional accounts payable and invoicing; invoice upload / payment for all vendors through Markview. Manage approval process for new vendors, invoice tracking and payment, coordination with shared business and function payment centers
- Manage and support public affairs communications. Collecting content, editing, formatting content for newsletters, creating distribution lists, sending newsletters and communications.
- Eaton Public Policy Association (EPPA) PAC Administrator Support Serve as EPPA PAC Secretary - Lead FEC Reporting and filing ensuring complicate with federal campaign rules and laws; support meetings including taking minutes and meeting scheduling; create and distribute PAC communications for membership.
- Manage Public Affairs grassroots program: Scheduling and Outreach to plant managers, HR leaders; Photo consent form management and pre-meeting check list implementation /assistance. Manage Eaton state advocacy councils.
- Create content for internal and external communication materials to support Public Affairs function
- Draft Public Affairs social media content and thought leadership communications, manage and update Public Affairs website
- Support Public Affairs with message and communications development for external advocacy engagements.
- Lead coordination with Eaton functional teams, including communications and marketing, sales, and product management on external events and communication planning.
- Function Schedule and Calendar management: Coordinating meetings, schedules, provide all support materials in relation to meetings
- Function Personnel Onboarding: Assist with onboarding of new employees with Eaton Facilities team
- Function Event Planning and Special recognition: Plan function and team events

Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• High school diploma
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in corporate or trade association project management or communication support function, or working in a similar position for a member of Congress or state government official
• No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH description to be considered.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience copy editing, writing and software application knowledge
