Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Proposals Supervisor.
This role is located in Waukesha, WI. No relocation assistance will be provided.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $95,000 - $110,000 a year.

What you'll do:
Primary Functions:
The Proposals Supervisor will supervise and coordinate activities of 11 Sr Product Specialists, Product Specialists and Proposal Analysts who prepare transformer proposals and cleanse orders. They are responsible for managing daily operations including management of personnel, resolution of agent issues related to quotes and orders, interfacing with outside sales agents and cross-functional management. The Supervisor will be responsible for recruitment, hiring, onboarding, coaching and career development of team while supporting overall business improvement initiatives and strategy.

In this role you will:
- Prioritize, plan, organize, control and improve workflow in a team environment.
- Assure an effective and skilled staff through recruiting, assessment of talent (find gaps and follow action plans to fill gaps), training & development, goal setting, communications, performance appraisal, and conformance to applicable company policies. Provide leadership and direction to ensure professional growth for employees and retention
- Establish and monitor goals and provide performance feedback through data analysis, as needed, for direct reports
- Work closely with sales management, sales reps, agents, and technical support staff to meet and/or exceed the transformer sales objectives for Power Systems Division
- Occasional travel to manufacturing plants, and customer or agent locations, to resolve problems and/or improve relations.
- Assure the safety of all employees and strict compliance with safety policies
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Two (2) years of experience in Manufacturing or Electrical Industry
- One (1) year of leadership experience
- One (1) year of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), SAP or other ERP related system and the ability to utilize such tools to analyze data and solve routine problems
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- No relocation assistance will be provided for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Waukesha, WI will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited institution.
