What you will do:
As a Projects Sales Manager C&I your primary function is to Manage/Lead Project Sales business in Qatar for Commercial & Infrastructure Segment, ensuring business growth and customer satisfaction for Eaton PMCC product Portfolio
Your main duties:
-Work closely with MEP Contractors to generate RFQs for Eaton Panel-builders. Co-ordinate with Panel-builder Sales team to close-out the project deals

-In co-ordination with Eaton Panel builder Key Account Manager, conduct monthly project review meetings with Panel Builder Sales team to create actions for on-going/quoted project pipeline
-Establish and maintain relationship with all the stake holders and key decision makers of Contractors/End users & pursue proactive customer visits to create new opportunities
-Create account strategies, monthly performance reporting and drive team collaboration spirit
-To follow One Eaton approach to support other Eaton divisions to promote synergy sales
-Provide market intelligence and feedback to Marketing Team
Qualifications:
-Minimum 10 years of Sales Experience in Electrical Field, primarily in Low Voltage Switchgears and Busways. Relationship with Key Contractors and End Users in Qatar market
Skills:
-Sound Technical Knowledge on LV Switchgear assemblies and Busways
-Computer Literate. Proficiency in MS product tools
