What you'll do:
Focus on key project site quality management, oversee quality assurance during commissioning and testing process, team up with FAST to resolve products failures and respond customer inquiry, tracking project punch list and close-looped CAPA, and working with x-functional team to drive product quality and process improvement to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

"1. As a quality representative, participate in KA projects to understand customer quality requirements, especially testing requirements, and confirm whether the product meets customer quality requirements
2: Develop quality planning for the on-site commissioning and testing process of key project, Lead key project site quality management, oversee quality assurance during commissioning and testing process, tracking key project quality issue list and close-looped CAPA
3. Go to customer's site to understand quality issues, Work closely with FAST to resolve customer complaint ,respond customer inquiry,communicate effectively with customers, explain the root cause, communicate improvement measures with customer
4 Lead customer quality impeovement, working closely with x-functional team to drive product quality and process improvement
5. Participate in CRR(Customer Relationship Review ), Collect quality feedback from customers, Continuously promote quality improvement,enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Bachalor and above
7+
Skills:
On site quality supervision experience, ISO & industrial standard, Quality tools, electric and UPS knowledge, On site commissioning and testing experience
Effective communication skills, good written and oral English
