What you'll do:

  • Manage responsibilities related to Sales, Key Account Management & Business Development of Power Quality business that include 3 phase UPS for commercial construction and Data Center solutions for Enterprise customers, Manage Channel Partners and Electrical Contractors across Dubai, Northern Emirates, Abu Dhabi & Al Ain
  • Support all aspects of the relationship with customers and create demand through Channel Partner & Contractors within the assigned area of responsibility. • Building strong project pipeline through demand creation.
  • Instrumental in project's finalization and approval with Contractor, Consultant & End Users.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and utilizing market intelligence data on competition products, customer needs, preferences and buying habits.
  • Connect Channel Partners to cutting-edge offers, applications, and tools to enable their commercial success. Working closely with Channel Partners in offer optimization.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to offer full scope of Eaton Portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Product Management, Partner Support & Marketing to deliver solutions as per project need.
  • Exceed sales and profitability metrics to assist in achieving organization growth and Profit plan.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, preferred.
  • 5+ years relevant sales experience.
  • Technically strong and Knowledge of UPS systems and Data Center solutions.

Skills:

  • Technically strong and Knowledge of UPS systems and Data Center solutions. Experience selling to Channel Partners, System Integrators, End Users & Electrical Contractors.
  • Highly collaborative in a matrix organization filled with diversity of backgrounds, experience, and perspectives.
  • Prioritize customer needs & aware of market trends and competitive insights.
  • Self-manage and achieve results in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
  • Strong team player and possess interpersonal skills to interact effectively with colleagues, channel partners and customers to build bridges.
  • Good Communication skills in English & Arabic preferred
