Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Project Manager.
What you'll do:
Job Summary
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of the plant portfolio, managing shared resources across multiple projects and functions.
Accountable for the oversight of the cross functional activities to assure execution of VA/VE, Cost-out and new product introduction (NPI) projects."
Job Responsibilities
• Identify and develop Project Management Methodology, best practices and standards.
• Monitoring compliance with engineering standards, company policies and procedures
• Coordinate communication across projects
• Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines

• Perform quality control over the project deliverables to maintain the standards expected
• Develop a detailed project plans and track progress of the milestones achieved
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Manage risk and issues and implement corrective actions to ensure adherence to budget, schedule and scope
Qualifications:
1. Education level required
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering (or equivalent qualifications)
2. Years and area of experience required
• Minimum 5+ Years of relevant experience in the industry
3. Technical knowledge
• English 85%
• Experience in Supply chain projects
• Project Management, PMP certified preferred
• Experience with AutoCad, SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar design programs (preferred)
• Six Sigma green belt preferred
• Product Lifecycle management
• Experience on New Product Introduction methods preferred
• Chapion Pro Launch
• Vertical integration - Dual sourcing
• Insourcing
