What you'll do:
- Manage & control projects to meet the clients' requirements and ensure cost control to meet project budget
- Oversee Service Engineers / Contractors in project implementation according to clients' requirements
- Manage EPMS FAT and SAT with customers
- Manage multiple projects implementation and delivery according to clients' or GC requirements
- Schedule and attend project discussions as per clients' requirements
- Cost control to meet project budget.
- Attend project site meetings
- Support contract administration works (ordering, billing milestone, O&M submission)
- Work with Customer Service team on parts ordering and lead time
- Manage sub-contractor work schedule and quality of work.
- Support Service team during FAT, SAT and Servicing
- Support in commissioning of EPMS system on System setup, GUI and Testing
- EPMS Points list and Drawing preparation for submission

Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent in Engineering discipline
- At least 2 years of project management experience
- Auto-CAD, PLC, Networking, BMS/EPMS skill
- Good communication and problem solving skill; Fluent in Japanese and English
