We are looking for a Customer Service Leader to be the main point of contact for all customers nationally within the GEIS division. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage the bridge between sales/customers and internal operations. This is a fast-paced role and a great opportunity for a project coordinator who thrives on efficiency, accuracy, and quality customer service. The successful candidate will liaise across multi-functional teams to manage and expedite projects, orders and ETA's as required.
Key Duties:
- Communicate with sales/customer and operations team on orders and projects.
- Ensure weekly updates are provided to all stakeholders on projects/orders.
- Take responsibility and hold colleagues accountable for zero incidence safety culture.
- Provide support to quality function by managing RMAs/QN's.
- Participate in events to achieve cost productivity profit plan targets.
- Provide support to customer service function, when required.
- Responsible for maintaining quality on production floor.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in project or sales coordination with managing projects and working with customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SAP, Excel, and Salesforce highly desired.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Experience and knowledge of Hazardous area products and certification will be advantageous but not mandatory.
