What you'll do:
Job Requirements:
- Being accountable for the VFI project launch, in-time, within budget, and at the expected quality level
- Defining (sub)projects - defines how program structure is split to smaller entities
- Implementing project management methodologies
- Establishing and maintaining project governance frameworks.
- Providing guidance and support to project teams and monitoring their performances
- Facilitating communication and collaboration between project stakeholders.
- Supporting project portfolio management and prioritization activities.
- Assisting in resource allocation and capacity planning.
- Coordinating with all functions to meet customer requirements and drive VFI performance to achieve High 5 Metrics, financial plans, and strategic goals.
- Providing leadership for manufacturing, operational excellence, materials, quality, safety, and environment.
- Acting upon challenges and situations that contribute to success in manufacturing operations.
- Advocate the use of all Eaton Business System (EBS) processes and tools in a manufacturing environment.
- Supporting the Plant CI OpEx Manager in the Eaton Business Excellence (EBE) certification process.
- Maintaining safe and healthy working conditions, driving an Environmental Health & Safety (MESH) program and develop a strong EHS culture.
- Escalating any 'out of control' processes impacting business continuity or workforce safety.
- Ensuring compliance with all government, financial, environmental, and labor regulations.
- Developing an environment beneficial to personal learning and development.

Qualifications:
- Master or Bachelor level on appropriate science
- Several years of experience in project management, transformer design, operation management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
