We are looking for a Project Administrator based on customer site.You will be supporting the installation of Eaton products and on-site service work. This is an opportunity to work as part of a collaborative and motivated team that includes Project Managers, Site Managers, the local service team, and other key stakeholders such as for EHS, documentation, and program management. You will be working in a complex and dynamic environment, this role ensures that processes are clear and followed on a daily basis and that site data such as managing of documents and time tracking is accurate and reported on a timely basis.

The role requires a confident, self-motivated and process driven individual who can work to tight deadlines while ensuring both internal and relevant costumer processes are followed without ever compromising Eaton's ethical, safety, or quality standards.

What you'll do:

  • Administration tasks:
    • Collation and filing of the completed and signed Daily Task EHS documentation
    • Logging and loading personnel onto the Data Scope System (Site Personnel Management system).
    • Collation and processing information of time sheets to generate overviews and statistics.
    • Maintaining a daily works schedule to record daily task progressing.
  • Safety training coordination for (new) personnel and visitors
  • Book, track, and chase deliveries and arranging Eaton presence where required.
  • Ensuring the collection and collating of Third-Party test results / calibration certificates and filing on the Share point in the correct folder (UPS package).
  • Ensuring the collection and collating of Eaton test results from the site engineers and filing on Share point in the correct folder.
  • Managing document submissions and approval process using client specified document management system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree desirable but not essential

Skills:

  • Proven years of administration experience for a team and/or a demanding environment.
  • Experience in construction or other project environments is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office
  • English language skills (written and spoken) essential.
  • Having a work permit to work in the UK.
