Eaton's IS VEH VGGP division is currently seeking a Program Manager II. This position is based at our Southfield, MI campus.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $123750.0 - $181500.0 a year.

What you'll do:
The Program Manager II is a global position leading creation, adaptation, updating, upgrades, application, communication, coaching, and training of various Eaton PM functional excellence and NPI (New Product Introduction) processes, tools, systems (PROLauch, ProPM, etc.), and strategic enterprise initiatives across Eaton Mobility Group (MG).

This position will be single point of contact and conduit for NPI processes between Corporate enterprise team and MG; it requires strong knowledge of PROLaunch, ProPM, excellent communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and hands-on experience in deploying NPI processes, tools, and IT systems. This position must have passion for data integrity and accurate, meaningful reporting and must be able work independently, deal with ambiguity, and make decisions with minimal directions. Experience in AI and hands on experience in NPI execution is highly preferred.
- Lead PROLaunch (Eaton NPI process) governance across and recommend/ implement/ champion PROLaunch enhancements for MG.
- Plan & execute full deployment of PROLaunch 2.0 in MG as a part of the core team, UAT, pilot, etc.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness of project metrics, portfolio, budgets, etc. across MG.
- Represent MG in ProPM (Eaton NPI report-out tool) core team & sub teams (requirements / BRDs / UAT).
- Lead resource capacity vs demand planning project for MG.
- Represent MG in Operations for Growth (enterprise project) related to Standard Transition Process (STP).
- Collaborate with Enterprise team and lead Profit Plan awareness & deployment for MG.
- Facilitate and train teams on portfolio management in ProPM.
- Facilitate Annual PROLaunch self-assessment.
- Create and conduct PM related trainings and workshops, as necessary.
- Manage day to day PMO administration tasks such as access management, reporting, etc.
- Actively manage NPI or VA/VE execution as Program Manager in full or in part, as and when needed. This involves developing and executing project management plans and lead global cross-functional teams.
- Support/coach/train NPI PMs as and when needed.
- Engage in special projects from PMO or Business Units, as and when needed.
Qualifications:
Required Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of six (6) years experience in program management AND/OR minimum six (6) years in a combination of program management with operations, engineering, quality, supply chain management, manufacturing and/or product development experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience within the automotive industry
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship both now and in the future
- No relocation is provided for this position. Candidates residing within 50 miles of Southfield, MI will also be considered. Active Duty Military are exempt from this geographical limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in PROLaunch, ProPM and/or other Program/Project Management methodologies, processes, tools
- Experience in deploying NPI related processes, tools, IT systems
- Managing and leading NPI projects in full or in part as Program Manager
- Masters Degree in Business and/or Engineering
- PMP Certification
