Eaton's Electrical Sector is currently seeking a Program Manager - General Services Administration (GSA). In this leader of people role, you will be responsible for the management and growth of our GSA contract. This role is remote; however, preference will be given to candidates residing in Raleigh, NC or Washington, D.C.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $105000.03 - $154000.04 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

• Understand the contract needs and drivers, decision making process and buying behavior and lead the development and delivery of specifically tailored value propositions, accurate, recommended solution proposals and complete, customer life-cycle services.

• Direct and coordinate the activities of the GSA Multiple Award Schedule to develop, analyze, coordinate, and successfully manage the contract program to meet divisional profitability requirements and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the program single point of contact and subject matter expert for internal Eaton resources and external customers.
• Maintain the GSA Schedule, including applicable pricing updates, brochures, and applicable external websites.
• Expand GSA Schedule to include new products & services by working with product lines to provide content and pricing justification to the GSA for contract additions.
• Integrate GSA solutions into applicable quoting tools, such as Bidman and work with product line pricing specialist on applicable pricing.
• Provide monthly reports on bid activity including number of opportunities, win rate, competition and trends. Capture and manage data in Salesforce. Work with Eaton contracts to request federal debriefs on wins and losses.
• Monitor and vet GSA opportunities via federal bid sites for applicable opportunities and route accordingly.
• Provide sales training to internal stakeholders including Service Sales Engineers, TAS, Data Center Sales, CPS Reps, NAS, and coordinator teams as required on contract use, quoting, order management and compliance. Create sales tools to enable streamlined quotation and communication of offerings to the customer.
• Maintain a go-to market strategy and plan for GSA. Provide sales team with targets to drive additional key accounts.
• Maintain marketing collateral for GSA contract, including offerings line card, Eaton.com, paid media campaign and additional sales aids and work closely with the federal marketing and sales teams.
• Expand GSA sales goal and maximize margin through channel expansion. Present yearly plan to senior leadership and business development teams. Communicate milestones to leadership. Review with BU leader's product and service additions that includes forecasted sales. Establish a yearly process of VOC with Sales and the business units to identify areas for growth and additions to the GSA contract.
• Monitor and report GSA sales and orders, to include pull through orders, on a quarterly basis.
• Attend GSA and Small Business conferences and seminars. Engage with each Eaton regional federal offices to establish conference presentations or meet and greets. Work with supply chain to sign up new vendors.
• Monitor, manage, and audit contract compliance for quotes and orders per Eaton pricing policy and procedure to ensure all pricing information is up to date for products and services on the contract as well as discount schedule alignment with the product lines. Ensure compliance with close-out documents and period of performance.
• Collect customer satisfaction surveys to provide lessons learned and process improvements.
• Engage with our channel teams and channel partners regarding Letters of Supply and maintain Letters of Supply for Eaton's contract with vendors.
• Monitor and establish market data on competing GSA schedules and perform competitor analysis.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with at least 5 years of experience with Sales/Marketing or Government Contracts. In lieu of a degree, high school diploma or higher with at least 10 years of experience in Program Management of Government Contracts
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diverse electrical product background and experience with electrical turnkey, design, and construction.
  • Minimum of 1 year specifically focused on Government Sales or Government Contracts.
  • Preference will be given to candidates residing in Raleigh, NC or Washington, D.C.
  • Minimum of 4 years Electrical experience.
