The expected annual salary range for this role is $67500.0 - $99000.0 a year.

As a Product Specialist within our Line Installation and Protection Equipment (LIPE) business, you'll be at the heart of our operations, crafting impactful proposals, training our Inside Sales Representatives, and driving strategic improvements.

What you'll do:

  • Create Impactful Proposals: Develop proposals for all LIPE brands and markets, from single-item requests to multi-year contracts.
  • Empower Our Team: Train Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) on contract management, ensuring data accuracy and excellence.
  • Shape Our Strategy: Recommend pricing guidelines and respond to market feedback to boost our success.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Participate in high-stakes bid calls for key customers and work with cross-functional teams on strategic projects.
  • Expand Your Expertise: Deepen your knowledge in product management and pricing strategies.
  • Develop Leadership Skills: Mentor and train Inside Sales Reps, growing your leadership capabilities.
  • Leverage Cutting-Edge Tools: Utilize SAP, QlikView, and CPQ to generate insightful margin reports.
  • Drive Efficiency: Apply lean tools to streamline processes, enhancing speed and customer satisfaction.
  • Standardize Excellence: Maintain training documentation and collaborate with marketing and ISR teams.

This position is based at Eaton's Waukesha, WI division headquarters site located on Badger Drive. After you complete your onboarding, you have the option to work a hybrid schedule of three days in office, two days at home.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution with a minimum of five years of product support, customer service, inside sales, or proposals experience OR a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with minimum of three years of product support, customer service, inside sales, or proposals experience
• Must be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now and in the future.
• No relocation is offered for this role. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the Waukesha, WI Badger Drive site.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• One or more years of experience using ERP and quotation systems
• Experience working at a manufacturing company
• Advance excel skills
