1. Develop quality standards for the PCBA production process and promote the improvement of PCBA process quality.
2. Conduct quality planning, assurance, and control for new products. Participate in the revision of process documents and the improvement of processes.
3. Establish and optimize quality control procedures for the PCBA production process. Review the planning and formulation of clauses to enhance process quality.
4. Lead internal and external quality analysis and special improvement projects using digital quality tools.
5. Handle customer quality complaints, develop solutions, and enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Integrate historical quality data and improvement suggestions. Participate in design reviews to drive the optimization of product design.
7. Improve on - site quality and lead cross - functional departments in solving quality issues to achieve quality objectives.
8: Promote continuous improvement and innovation of digital quality
9: Lead and respond to internal and external audits"
Qualifications:
"Bachelor degree or above
Preferred major in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation"
More than 2 years of experience in PCBA quality work or more than 3 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing related industries
Skills:
Familiar with PCBA manufacturing process, electronic materials and related components, PCBA industry standards, and basic circuit knowledge
"1. Analytical/Statistical Tools & Methods - the knowledge of a wide range of problem solving tools and methods including statistics, combined with the ability to select and apply them to make data based decisions to sustain higher levels of process or product quality, for example: 8D Analysis.
2. Product/Process Quality Planning (Advanced Quality Planning; AQP) - the ability to strategically define the Critical to Quality elements of a product/process, and the knowledge to effectively analyze, assess and mitigate the risks associated with any potential failures.
3. Ability to communicate at various levels - both internally and with the customer.
4. English Skill - Should have fluent in oral and written English"
