What you'll do:

Be responsible and involve in EA DataCenter Cooling (Crac,Fanwall, InRow. liquid cooling, etc) roadmap, creation, development, launch and pricing strategy. The successful candidates should achieve EA DC Cooling financial targets. The successful candidate will work closely with APAC PQ PLMs and 3rd party vendors to promote DC Cooling products and solutions to Eaton internal country sales team and external partners.

A. Manage EA DC Cooling product lines

B. Responsible for EA DC Cooling product roadmap, creation, development and launch

C. Provides training to internal (field sales and FAE) and external (partners and customers) on new products

D. Work closely with supplier/vendors to develop optimum DC cooling solution to meet customers requirement

E. Provide product sales strategy, pricing strategy & maintenance (TP, costing, price list and SAP)

F. Subject matter expert: Analyze Product mix, market intelligence and competitive insights for both technical & price positioning

G. Collaborate with country sales team to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue target

H. Accountability will be EA Cooling Product Financial targets.

I. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:

  • Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
  • Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
  • Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
  • Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
  • Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, major in Mechanical Engineering
  • 10+ years related experience in product management, presales support, or similar role within the Datacenter Cooling industry
  • Experience with Datacenter cooling solutions
  • Experience with Datacenter product application and market
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage
