What you'll do:

Acts as the Product Manager for the assigned CPS product families.

1. Leads all product management activities for assigned product lines in EMEA.
2. Define the overall product roadmap for assigned product lines in EMEA and contributes to CPS strategic plan.
3. Defines the pricing strategy in EMEA for assigned product lines, analyzing market pricing and closely monitoring end-to-end margins.

4. Initiates actions to increase profitability (e.g. cost-out actions, new product intro, price increase).
5. Tracks sales pipeline, proactively initiates corrective actions when needed and provide forecast.
6. Tracks sales performance for assigned product lines, and drives the definition and deployment of growth initiatives as well as necessary corrective actions throughout EMEA to achieve short and long-term business objectives.
7. Gathers voice of the customer and accumulates market knowledge of key targeted segments and competitive offerings
8. Investigates and evaluates new market/business opportunities, contributing to product line strategy planning
9. Engages with Segment marketing to create strong value propositions.
10. Actively contributes to new product development projects from the specification of market requirements to the launch of new product.
11. Coordinates product marketing positioning and outbound messaging in EMEA for assigned product lines.
12. Drives the definition of marketing communication strategies for assigned product lines in EMEA, working with Marcom team to develop and deploy relevant sales and marketing tools & campaigns.
13. Defines, develops and deploys relevant trainings to support sales organization on assigned product lines together with relevant persons from CPS organization.
14. Collaborates globally with other regions and coordinates the definition of the global 3ph product roadmap.
15. Receives escalation on pre-sales questions for assigned product lines in synchronization with CPS Sales Support team.
16. Partners with CPS Business Development Managers to stay in close contact with markets and customers.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science and/or Business, or equivalent knowledge. MBA is a plus
  • 2-3 years in product management

Skills:

  • Big advantage: knowledge on power electronics, three phase electrical systems and solutions including UPS technologies and assemblies.
  • Strong presentation, communication and collaboration skills
