What you'll do:

Eaton's 3ph UPS business is growing rapidly. More resources are required to sustain and develop SAP item creation and BOM (bill of materials) maintenance in ERP and process and validate ECOs (engineering change orders) for new products and profitability changes. The role is essential to be successful on sustaining growth, data integrity and compliance especially in new products implementation.

The primary function of the employee is to analyze growth opportunities and support the required changes in processes.

Main responsibilities:

  • Change Management activities in product design changes deployment in manufacturing (ECO approval in PLM system)
  • SAP item maintenance activities
  • Create and update system user instructions and training materials
  • Participate process improvement kaizens
  • Item and BOM data validation

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
  • Min. 2 years of experience in a similar role

Skills:

  • Experience of using ERP & PLM systems, applying Lean tools, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Digitalization, SCM
  • Finnish language skills preferred to be able to work with all stakeholders in operations
  • Experience from SAP ERP item maintenance
  • Experienced Excel user
  • Excellent analytics and data processing skills. Good communication and documentation skills, co-operative and collaborates easily on organization widely
