Eaton's ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Product Data Analyst. This position is a HYBRID work schedule and offers relocation assistance to our Menomonee Falls Wisconsin Eaton location.

The Product Engineering Data Analyst will work with cross-functional teams across the business to transform data into value-added insights that can drive efficiencies in processes. You will be consolidating data from various sources, creating maintainable data models, and reporting that is intuitive and actionable. The position will require proficiency in data manipulation, data analysis, data modeling and visualization skills.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $67500.0 - $99000.0 a year.

What you'll do:

In this role:

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and enhance data management models, driving best practices.
  • Design and create interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize data effectively.
  • Maintain data quality by working with relational databases and performing data cleansing.
  • Conduct data analysis and uncover trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.
  • Utilize Excel and Power Query for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Write basic SQL queries to extract, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
  • Present data insights and recommendations in a clear and impactful way, catering to different levels of technical understanding.
  • Support the streamlining of data workflows and automation of reporting processes to improve efficiency and data reliability across projects.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience operating in Power BI or similar BI tools.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Relocation assistance for USA Country will be provided, if needed.
  • Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering , Computer Engineering or related technical field from an accredited institution.
  • Knowledge of the Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Comprehensive SharePoint knowledge about List management and Document libraries
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience in sales and marketing
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and visualization.
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.
