What you'll do:
Lead and direct a Procurement team in Taiwan. Perform sourcing, Contract negotiation and supplier management activities. Deliver effective and collaborative strategy execution, aligned to assurance of suppliers' risk management, quality, service, cost and innovation. Identify and manage significant risks in the local supply chain. Ensure appropriate mitigation plans are in place and in use and that the risks are communicated appropriately within business units impacted, procurement and the supply base.

Supplier Management
• Evaluate and build strong partnerships with global suppliers, including qualification, performance assessment, and periodic reviews.
• Negotiate supply agreements to secure the best pricing, delivery schedules, and terms.
• Manage supplier risks, including dependency and regulatory compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with product development, quality assurance, production, and logistics teams to ensure alignment with procurement plans.
• Support material sourcing for new product development and ensure timely delivery.
Cost and Efficiency Management
• Conduct regular cost analysis to ensure cost-effective procurement decisions.
• Drive digitalization and standardization of procurement processes to enhance efficiency and transparency.
Compliance and Risk Management
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with local and global regulations
• Manage potential risks in procurement contracts and logistics execution.
Qualifications:
Degree in Master of Business Administration or related discipline. (Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering
1.'5-8 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in international procurement and team management.
Skills:
Significant experiences in Procurement and Suppliers Management
CPIM certification (better have)
"1.In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, supply chain management, and procurement processes.
2.Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
3.Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools (e.g., SAP).
4.Fluent in English and Mandarin.
5.Excellent leadership skills and cross-cultural communication capabilities.
6.Able to adapt to a dynamic environment and solve problems efficiently."
