Eaton's Residential & Wiring Devices (RWD) Division is seeking a Retail - Pro Sales Manager for the Home Depot Account. This is a remote position and will require up to 50% travel to customer locations throughout the US. Candidates must currently reside within a 5 hour radius of metro Atlanta, GA to qualify.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $89423.28 - $131154.14 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program and a company vehicle.

What you'll do:

The Pro Sales Manager will be the key contact for the Home Depot Electrical Pro Merchandising Manager as well as act as the account manager for Home Depot's subsidiaries (ex. HD Supply/Interline). It will be critical to be in stores on a weekly basis working with Pro Desks across the country to drive incremental sales through training and customer sales calls.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving annual sales budgets and forecasting sales growth by aligning forecasts with production planning, reviewing scorecards and facilitating improvement plans.
  • Leading the Home Depot Account Pro Strategy: collaborating with merchandising, operations, and regional field teams.
  • Managing daily account responsibilities and producing weekly reports to manage business, highlight improvement opportunities, and enhance account communication.
  • Providing market insights to refine market level stocking strategy.
  • Executing the retail Pro Customer strategic plan across sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborating with Product Management and Marketing to identify market trends and future growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

Basic (required) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • Two (2) years of experience as an account manager in the home improvement channel
  • Ability to travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time (most commonly metro Atlanta and surrounding areas)
  • This is a remote position however candidates must currently reside within a 5-hour radius of the metro Atlanta, GA area to be considered
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Four (4) years of retail account management experience working with home center channels/big box stores
  • Two (2) years of experience working with electrical industry related products
