What you'll do:
The primary function of the job is to provide Power Distribution field application-related activities either directly to customers or through partners, working together with the sales team to achieve customer satisfaction and exceed annual sales and growth targets.

Deploy all prescription actions with assigned Design M&E consultants, Budgeting M&E consultants/QS to maximize business with them.
Build and secure relationships with Design and Budgeting M&E consultants, including QS, with a strong understanding of IEC/UL standard components and type test MV & LV panels.
Work with standardization bodies (Government/related Ministry, e.g., ESDM, PLN, and other standardization bodies).
Collaborate with PD-related associations (METI - Renewable Energy Association, MKI - Energy Conservation Energy, IDPRO - Indonesia Data Center Provider Association).
Work with the sales team on approaching end users and contractors to ensure specifications are aligned with consultants.
- Promoting & prescribing Eaton products and containerized solutions to regional or local end users & consultants.
- Identifying potential new electrical & mechanical consultants and diversifying into new segments. Building strong relationships with design engineers, budgeting engineers, architects, electrical contractors, and consultants.
- Developing customized attractive Low Voltage & Medium Voltage (LV & MV) solutions, transformers, busducts, and ATS with competitive prices for solution partners, contractors, and consultants.
- Providing and maintaining strong technical knowledge with good service and support levels to customers to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Conducting product & solution sharing, specifying Eaton brand and its products and solutions to influencers and decision-makers.
- Developing & executing prescription strategy plans to maximize Eaton's competitive advantages.
- Performing Eaton software simulations for discrimination studies and fault calculations for internal or external stakeholders, where applicable.
- Having decent knowledge of containerized solutions involving LV & MV power distribution, mechanical cooling and ventilation systems, fire & sprinkler systems, transformers, busducts, and ATS would be considered an advantage.
- Being committed & responsible for Quality Management System:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, major in engineering
A. Significant Electrical & Mechanical Product/Services Knowledge
B. Ability to respond to a variety of challenging circumstances
C. Significant experience utilizing Value Added Selling techniques
D. Ability to work well within a team
E. 5+ years related experience in power distribution product & marketing
F. Fluent in written and spoken English
G. Takes initiative and instils confidence in peers and sales personnel
