What you'll do:

Responsible for leading & the management of East Asia PQ Product development & roadmap. This person will be leading a team of product managers on offer creation, launching, enablement and price positioning in East Asia. The person should achieve EA DPQ and CPS financial targets through supporting & collaboration with EA channel sales and country sales team with the right product offer strategy. The person will also work closely with APAC PQ PLMs leaders and 3rd party vendors to review product development roadmap and feedback on features & quality improvement.

A. Manage a team of CPS, DPQ product managers and CPS inside sales
B. Overall responsible for East Asia PQ product offer creation,launch,developmet and pricing strategy
C. Lead the PQ product team to support regional & country sales in business development, enablement to internal/external (partners and customers) on new products
D. Provide leadership to PQ product team to drive standardization & excellence in product management process
F. Provide PQ market intelligence, competitive insights, product mix evaluation for East Asia market
G. Accountability will be EA CPS and DPQ Product Financial targets.
H. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:
a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
f. Create a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, major in engineering
  • 10+ years related experience in product management, business development or similar role within the electrical industry
  • Experience with UPS, power systems and solutions, product application and market
  • Experience in managing & coaching a team
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage for engagement with PLMs based in China
