What you'll do:

An experienced Power Platform Developer is needed to transform business processes within the Customer Experience (CXP) organization using Microsoft Power Platform. This role is perfect for a seasoned Power Platform developer skilled in creating scalable, efficient, and secure automation solutions.

As a member of the BI & Automation team, the analyst will work with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, design innovative solutions, and enhance workflows to improve efficiency and support data-driven decision-making. Technical expertise in Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot, and Power BI is essential, along with the ability to manage complex automation projects independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Solution Design & Development

    • Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
    • Build low-code/no-code applications to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Create automated workflows integrating applications like Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, SAP, and ServiceNow.
    • Implement security measures, including role-based access controls and compliance adherence.
    • Develop advanced Power Apps solutions with custom connectors and AI Builder.
  2. Business Collaboration & Process Optimization

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate needs into technical solutions.
    • Lead workshops to understand pain points and propose automation strategies.
    • Document current processes and recommend reengineering where necessary.
    • Continuously analyze and improve existing automations for better efficiency and user experience.
  3. Technical Expertise & Integration

    • Develop and optimize Power Automate Cloud & Desktop Flows for complex processes.
    • Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems like Microsoft 365, Azure, Salesforce, and REST APIs.
    • Utilize Azure services to enhance automation capabilities.
    • Implement error handling and logging mechanisms for stability and reliability.
  4. Governance, Security & Compliance

    • Ensure automation solutions comply with corporate security and data privacy standards.
    • Liaise with the Power Platform council for project approvals.
    • Establish best practices for development, including architecture and deployment strategies.
    • Maintain documentation for solution architecture and troubleshooting.
  5. Support & Mentorship

    • Mentor junior team members on Power Platform development and best practices.
    • Provide post-deployment support and improve automation workflows.
    • Stay updated on Power Platform advancements and their applicability to business needs.
    • Conduct training sessions to upskill business users and colleagues.


Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in developing automation solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.

Skills:

  • Proven track record in designing complex Power Automate workflows, Power Apps applications in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code development platforms and enterprise-grade automation.
  • Previous experience in a customer support, operations, or process improvement environment is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows), Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Copilot Studio, and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and API-based integrations."
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to break down complex business problems into automation solutions.
  • Obtaining a PL200/ PL400/ PL600 Microsoft certification is a big plus
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Highly self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with Power Platform advancements.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
