Eaton's ES AMER PCS ICD division is currently seeking a Planning and Customer Service Manager.

Job Summary
Maintain customer satisfaction, optimal levels of inventory and ensure compliance with the orders according to customer requirements
Job Responsibilities
1. Validate the "Load Plan" requirement and commitment from the divisional Demand Planning team, based on our warehouses estimates and prognostic.
2. Update the pack report on a monthly basis
3. Elaborate and monitor services metrics statistics (Fill Rate, Non Stock Performance, Non Stock Overdue, Advance Warning Shipment Delay (AWSD), Stock
orders not Filled on Entry) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
4. Plan and follow the non stock orders, based on the plant capacity and Load Plan. Provide control and order performance to deliver products to the customer

5. Manage all customers orders expedites and respond accordingly in coordination with the Manufacturing Team
6. Follow up daily rate base planning production numbers and shipping
7. Analyze and manage the Matching Report on a weekly basis

9. Update every day the PCR PTS option in Vista
10. Lead the scheduling process according to customers priorities for non-rate based production lines and plan priorities on a weekly basis.
11. Monitor and identify emergencies and priorities are well managed and define orders that will require premium freight approval
12. Active member of the weekly demand planning meeting with inter-plant stakeholders (Coamo-Haina)
13. Perform specific functions to this position as specified in the quality manual
14. Lead weekly meetings with key customers to prioritize and especify commitments: Fayeteville, Ashville, Watertown
15. Lead the SIOP process in close cooperation with Demand Planner, Manager Procurement, Manager Materials, Manufacturing Manager. Review supply
forecast and discuss major variances, bottle necks and concerns. Define action plans to meet future demands and validate a final Load Plan per product line for
the upcoming 12 to 18 months
16. Drive SIOP discipline to master customer demands, capacity and manning plans that need to be turned into tangible site production and/or master production
schedules. Ensure SIOP Model Plant Policy are followed: measures via schedule attainment
17. Develop a production plan forecast for the current year and its implementation
18. Lead the prescribed use and improvement of the site/division ERP system. Point of contact, within the planning function, for materials management
assessment (MMA) and OpA self-assessment
19. Assess the performance and develop continuous improvement activities and training for self and staff via use of the material management functional
competency
Qualifications:
Education level required
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar careers
Years and area of experience required
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in SCM related positions (planning, customer service, procurement)
Skills:
Technical knowledge
Bilingual: English/Spanish
PC knowledge: Microsoft Office, AS400, Vista or other commercial ERP systems
Electronics Products Knowledge is a plus
Apics knowledge / certification is a plus
