Picker/Packer - 2nd Shift

Eaton's ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Picker/Packer - 2nd Shift. The core hours are 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm. The hourly rate for this position is $17.69 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential and after 6 months of employment increases to $20.30/hour.

What you'll do:

Eaton's Power Reliability Division is currently seeking a Picker/Packer to join our team. This position is based at our Ellisville, MO site. The Picker/Packer is responsible for support distribution by ensuring quality items are shipped to the customer in a timely manner.

  • Locate and select finished goods to process customer orders. Operate warehouse picking equipment. Lift up to 30lbs. Climb ladders. Repetitive motion, standing & stooping. Use RF scanners and computers to complete inventory transactions. Receive and put away incoming product.
  • Responsible for quality of own work. Perform waste and material management activities in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Keep work area clean and orderly. Follow all safety rules and practices.
  • Works in a team-based environment to meet Bussmann business objectives.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Must reside within 50 miles of work location; no relocation benefit provided for this position.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience
