What you'll do:
The overview of the role with its primary function is to be responsible for developing and managing the PDSS business in Philippines through driving and supporting the channels and also exploring, identifying, and leading new opportunities developing new channels and customers to grow the business.
1. Manage and support existing and new channels and customers on all technical and commercial matters.
2. Set, measure, and monitor the performance of assigned channels in Philippines
3. Assist and work together with the supervisor to develop new channels in Philippines to expand the coverage.
4. Liaise with product line managers to obtain the best support providing to the channels/customers in Philippines.

5. Develop the sales growth strategies for the new products and solutions in Philippines.
6. Feedback the market information such as market trend, customers' needs, and competition activities in Philippines.
7. Establish the sales budget and profit planning of Philippines.
8. Provide the monthly/rolling sales and order forecast of Philippines to the region and the supervisor.
9. Work with Customer Support Representatives in EA PDSS to ensure prompt FAT, shipments, and services.
10. Provide bi-weekly business update report to supervisor including participation in monthly or biweekly conference call hosted by supervisor.
11. Provide technical support including customized solutions to meet customers' need and respond to questions from customers in Philippines.
12. Develop, propose, and initiate the promotion of the products and the solutions in Philippines such as hosting seminars and participating in trade show.
13. Liaise with Credit department for Payment terms and Credit lines of distributors.
14. Organize training to the channels in Philippines for Foreign Corruption Practice Acts and Business Ethics.
15. Liaise with Inside sales representative, customer service representative, and application engineer to finalize quotations with solutions for customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, major in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
5-7 Years related experience
Skills:
Decent technical knowledges of Electrical products and solutions particular in Power transmission and distribution network.
Proactive and Self-motivated under a variety of challenging circumstances
Fluent in written and spoken English
Taking Initiative with strong leadership and passion to explore new business
