What you'll do:
Responsible for meeting and exceeding assigned revenue quotas for each selected segment Government, Healthcare, IT, Banking, C&SP especially for 3Phase UPS solutions.
A. Responsible for meeting and exceeding assigned revenue quotas for each Segment Government, Healthcare, IT, Banking, C&SP , Industrial especially for 3Phase UPS and Cooing solutions.
B. Walk the market to understand the ongoing projects and bring the projects leads to the partner.
C. Build relationships with key customers to enhance long term business prospects
D. Develop and implement business plans to increase market-share and profitability of products and services
E. Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategy to achieve business objectives in line with corporate and regional strategies

F. Work with the partners to clearly define project scope, ensure sustainability of business & partner relationship
G. Work with marketing primes to implement the company's marketing communication strategy to sustain the brand image
H. Analyse the market and provide market intelligence to the management on a regular basis
I. Maintain a cooperative working relationship with all other Eaton departments, focusing on providing a high level of customer satisfaction both internally and externally.
J. Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton's Philosophy and Values
K. Identify potential growing segment, develop business plan and implement it to increase market-share and profitability of products and services.
L. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:
a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
f. Create a culture of continuous improvement"
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferable in Engineering or Science
- 8+ years of sales experience in Vietnam, including 3+ years sales experience in Datacenter Solutions
- Solid industry knowledge
- Good communication in English
