Eaton's Electrical division is currently seeking a Panel Builders Channel Engineer.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and lead the strategy for Panel Builders channel growth in the UAE
  • Implement strategies to drive channel effectiveness and achieve country targets
  • Support the Direct Panel Builder network to meet targets through competency enhancements and commercial support
  • Coordinate with technical and sales teams to provide necessary tools and support
  • Manage partner agreements with legal and marketing teams
  • Use commercial dashboards for performance assessment and improvement
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners to meet targets
  • Coordinate with sales and pricing teams for project-specific support
  • Define and achieve key targets per account with the sales team
  • Develop and deploy programs for different PB categories
  • Support localization initiatives
  • Assess and develop existing panel builders to grow the business
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews with PBs
  • Understand market intelligence, trends, and competitors
  • Support demand creation for Eaton channel partners
  • Work with product managers to launch market-relevant products
  • Engage early with panel builders to maximize job wins
  • Ensure smooth project execution and represent Eaton in project discussions
  • Act as the interface between panel builders and Eaton's PM/SC for critical projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience leading and controlling Panel Builders channels business in the UAE or the region

Skills:

  • Electrical Distribution, Switchboard Business, sales and marketing experience
  • Should be an Electrical Engineering graduate with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the UAE/ME region with an international vendor or reputed panel builder in a similar role with an LV Switchboard system manufacturer
  • Good presentation skills, strong technical knowledge of LV Switchgear, especially ACBs, MCCBs, controls, Switchboard systems, and assemblies
  • Fluent in English and Arabic languages
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the UAE & Oman
  • Business development, sales, and/or product marketing experience
  • Proven project management skills with a full understanding of all processes/stakeholders
  • Ability to understand and guide the Panel Builders for process improvements
