No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Candidates must reside in British Columbia or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $84700.00 - $124228.00 a year. There is also a sales incentive plan.

What you'll do:
In this role you will be responsible for achieving assigned Sales and Orders objectives for applicable Eaton products and services, focusing on key existing and target accounts in the industrial market within the British Columbia market. You'll also manage all aspects of the customer relationship, providing sales and technical assistance to distributors, customers, contractors, and consultants, to drive sustainable sales growth.
Sales - Implement sales plans and growth strategies, to achieve annual performance objectives.
Prepare sales proposals and value propositions to satisfy customer needs and expectations. Understand, and be responsive to market conditions and competitive activities; Communicate such information internally to drive corrective actions and inform Regional and District strategies. Continual utilization of customer leads through CRM for measurement and to support a sales pipeline of opportunities.
Promote Eaton products and Services to optimize sales volume, product mix, and profitability. Lead planning and attend promotional events such as trade shows and training. This will include completing professional presentations to promote Eaton products and Engineering Services.
Collaboration - Achieve team Orders and Sales goals. Maintain co-operative and credible working relationships with internal personnel, to consistently exceed customer expectations.
Customer Relationships - Cultivate customer, channel, and internal relationships. Develop bid strategies and quotations for customers using price and delivery guidelines, applying sound business decisions to enhance sales volume and margins.
Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton's Philosophy and Values as well as Safety and Environmental standards.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales and/or field experience in the electrical industry.
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Candidates must reside in British Columbia or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
- Must have a valid drivers licence.
Preferred Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree from an accredited institution in Electrical Engineering Technology, Power Systems Engineering, Business or related field.
- Technical experience in the electrical industry.
- P. Eng. or CET designation.
