Eaton's AER Aerospace Group division is currently seeking a Organizational Change Management Lead.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $105000.03 - $154000.04 a year.

What you'll do:

This position is eligible for a hybrid work set up if candidates lives within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH location. Position is eligible for a remote work setup in the U.S. if not in the geographical area of Beachwood, OH.
Position Overview:
As the Remote Organizational Change Management Lead you will be working within an Organizational Change Management Team being the lead on the implementation of CMMC.

In this function you will:
• Working with the CMMC lead and fosters partnerships between key functional influencers and IT resources
• Drive engagement through all phases of program implementations - pre and post -
• Deliver measurable, successful business outcomes through organizational change management and risk mitigation
• Oversees the creation and execution of the change management plan for the program including all aspects of organizational alignment, communication, training and stakeholder engagement.
• Responsible for using program approved tools for documenting & testing solution
• Accountable for meeting the program OCM objectives on time and on budget through leadership of the OCM team and resources responsible for change management deliverables
Communications:
• Oversees the design, development, delivery & management of communications.
Organizational Readiness:
• Identifies and manages resistance to change
• Oversees the action of
• Change Impact Assessments
• Sponsor and Stakeholder Assessments
• Manager and End User Readiness Assessment
• Applies a structured change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the program using Prosci Methodology
• Manages organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities aligning with HR, operational and program leadership to implement required changes
Training:
• Oversees training efforts: Creation of training plan and approach, needs assessment, documentation and training delivery
• Measures system adoption and establishes a super user group that will continue to thrive post implementation.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in HR, or Change/Transformation role.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
Position Criteria:
• Computer skills: Excel, MS Outlook, ERP Systems
• Attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills.
• Expect 10-25% travel (both domestic and international) as determined by the business' needs.
